NET CHECK integrates Focus Infocom

NET CHECK and Focus Infocom are now operating as a joint entity on the market.

NET CHECK integrates Focus Infocom: Specialized Expertise in Mobile Network Analysis Combined

NET CHECK, a company of the NC GROUP, announces the full merger with Focus Infocom. With the completed integration of this specialist in mobile network measurement technology, NET CHECK strengthens its position as one of the leading partners for mobile network analysis and optimization.

“The full integration of Focus Infocom marks a major milestone for NET CHECK and the entire group,” says Detlef Zernick, founder and CEO of NET CHECK and the NC GROUP. “With the acquisition of Focus Infocom three years ago, we gained established measurement technology experts and long-standing development expertise. From now on, we present ourselves as a unified brand on the market under the name NET CHECK and offer our customers a broad range of powerful solutions from a single source for a variety of use cases.”

Strong Synergies and Innovative Products

Focus Infocom specializes in the development of autonomous measurement devices that automatically monitor mobile network service quality. Operating 24/7, these systems capture extremely large volumes of data reliably.

The latest device in the portfolio, the ACT-SCAN, is the first of its kind capable of simultaneously detecting all mobile networks as well as private radio (PMR) systems. This significantly improves measurement efficiency and provides a reliable, comparable data basis for identifying mutual interferences. The ACT-SCAN was specially developed for mobile use in rail transport and was recently successfully certified for use on railways. It is now being deployed in its first real-world projects.

A Shared Path Into the Future

Both companies are part of the NC GROUP, which employs around 200 people at multiple locations and offers a broad spectrum of services for communication networks – from public mobile and fixed-line networks to specialized networks such as TETRA BOS or 5G campus solutions. With its subsidiaries NC PLAN, NC SYSTEMS, and NC SERVICES, the group operates across the key areas of modern communication networks.

“One thing is clear to us: the demands on mobile and fixed networks are constantly increasing – whether due to new standards, growing data volumes, or complex deployment environments,” says Zernick. “With the integration of Focus Infocom, we are now in an excellent technological position to actively help shape these developments – to the benefit of network operators, industry, and ultimately all users.”

NET CHECK and FOCUS INFOCOM will now operate jointly on the market under the name NET CHECK.
